Background:

The now famous “Ke$ha” (aka: Kesha Rose Sebert) was born March 1, 1987 and today became an overnight sensation in America. She had been an active singer before 2005 and her breakthrough came in 2009 after she appeared on Flo Rida’s hit single “Right Round”. She later supported Calvin Harris on a tour in the UK and toured with Mickey Avalon in the US. She was announced as one of the acts for the 2010 revival of Lilith fair and attended the 52^ndGrammy Awards.

Albums:
Her debut album “Animal” was released on January 5^th, 2010 and sold 152,000 copies in the first week. Kesha prepared over 200 songs for this album yet only 14 made the cut. TiK ToK was the first single in Norway, Canada, Australia, and the US (Reached no. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 charts). Her second single “Blah Blah Blah” was released February 19^th, 2010 and has been one of the Top 10 songs in 4 different countries.
