Mix some Epsom salt (crush it into small sugar grain pieces) with some honey, olive oil, vaseline, or your daily moisturizer or other facial cleanser. Scrub your face gently for 1 minute then rinse well. For the full benefits of Epsom salt in this way, make sure to use at least twice a week.

If you have oily hair, then Epsom salt will provide a great solution. Add 10 tablespoons of Epsom salt to your normal shampoo bottle. Or if you want a single use, add just 1 teaspoon to the shampoo in your palm and was you hair as normal. It is important that you give the shampoo and Epsom salt a chance to penetrate into the hair and soak up the oil, so leave it on for a few minutes before you rinse it off.

Yes, Epsom salt can be used to clean your floor tiles! Just mix it in with some water and dish soap then use a mop to wipe the floors with the liquid.
Root Lifter (Hair Volumizer)
We know that oil is the ultimate reason for flat hair. Since Epsom salt can absorb oil very well, it’s great to use as a hair volumizer. There are 2 ways to use Epsom salt this way. You can dissolve 2/3 cup of Epsom salt for every gallon and then pour it into a spray bottle and mist it onto your roots and the rest of your hair and comb through your hair with your hands. If you don’t prefer this way, you can combine the Epsom salt with your regular conditioner and wash your hair with it, then rinse well. Although you can use either way, I recommend the first method because it’s faster and you can carry a small spray bottle with your everywhere when you feel like you need an Epsom salt volume boost.

I wasn't feeling well while on vacation (I was 13) in Florida. My aunt gave me a glass of Epsom Salt and Milk of Magnesia. Needless to say my colon was squeaky clean afterwards! I thought she was trying to kill me!!! But I have used it through the years for soaks. Now I have a lot more uses. Thanks!
